Hi, I am a tech guy. I have been studying and working in the "High Tech" field for over 20 years... Right now I am working for Research In Motion Ltd in Waterloo, Ontario Canada (http://www.rim.com). I have worked in designing and approving Laser Barcode Scanners, WiFi, Bluetooth, GSM and proprietary radios. Right now my focus is on managing the approvals of RIM's BlackBerry(tm) devices.
This blog is started to answer questions that my friends and family have about Technology. how Computers work, What is RFID, are the grocery store bar-code scanners bad for my eyes? Things like that.
